Building AI workflows for Ad Creatives via Nano Banana and VEO.

How to use Claude Code & Google AI Studio APIs to build AI workflows for Ad Creatives via Nano Banana and Videos via VEO.

The Next Evolution of Creative Production

The traditional model of ad creative production is dead. Waiting two weeks for a design agency to deliver 5 static banners is mathematically incompatible with the speed at which Meta and TikTok algorithms fatigue creative assets.

However, the early era of AI generation—manually typing prompts into Midjourney or ChatGPT—is equally unscalable. "Prompt engineering" in a chat interface is not a production pipeline. The future of creative testing relies on automated, structured workflows passed directly between API endpoints.

The Death of Prompting

To scale, you must remove the human from the generation loop. We build autonomous systems where data feeds into LLMs, which output structured JSON, which triggers image synthesis APIs, which deliver ready-to-publish assets directly to media buyers.

The Gyrodile AI Production Stack

We have built a proprietary, programmatic pipeline that can take a single winning ad angle and extrapolate it into 50+ highly personalized video and static variants in under two hours.

1. Ideation: Claude Sonnet & Google AI Studio

The workflow begins with data. We pipe the transcripts of the client's top-performing ads (and their competitor's ads) into Claude Sonnet via API. We use strict system prompts to force Claude to deconstruct the psychological hooks of those ads and generate 50 new, variant hooks tailored to different buyer personas.

Crucially, we force Claude to output this data as a formatted JSON array, perfectly structured for the next stage of the pipeline.

2. Static Synthesis: Nano Banana

For static image generation, we feed Claude's JSON output into Nano Banana workflows. Nano Banana allows us to programmatically composite elements. The API pulls the generated hook text, overlays it onto the client's strict brand typography templates, generates a hyper-relevant background using stable diffusion, and composites the client's actual product image on top. The result is 50 distinct, on-brand static ads generated simultaneously.

3. Motion Synthesis: Google VEO

For video assets, we pass the AI-generated scripts into Google's VEO architecture (or similar advanced video synthesis APIs). We can generate highly realistic, cinematic b-roll to match the pacing of the script, or even synthesize realistic spokesperson avatars to deliver the hook directly to the camera.

This drastically reduces our reliance on expensive UGC (User Generated Content) platforms, allowing us to test messaging at a fraction of the cost.

The Outcome: Unbeatable Velocity

By treating creative production as a software engineering problem rather than an art project, we solve the core bottleneck of modern paid media: creative fatigue.

When a media buyer identifies a winning angle at 9:00 AM, our AI pipeline can deliver 50 localized, visually distinct iterations of that angle by 11:00 AM, allowing the account to scale spend aggressively without hitting diminishing returns.
