Gyrodile (“Gyrodile,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a performance‑marketing and analytics partner that helps brands unify cross‑channel advertising data, optimise campaigns, and manage affiliate programmes. Protecting the privacy and security of personal information is a core part of our commitment to clients, partners, and users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you interact with our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process:

  • Website Visitors – individuals who visit gyrodile.com or any sub‑domain.
  • Clients & Prospects – representatives of companies that enquire about or purchase our Services.
  • End‑Users – individuals whose data we process on behalf of our Clients (e.g., ad‑click or conversion data). In these cases we act as a data processor/service provider, and our Clients are responsible for providing their own privacy notices.

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact details (full name, business email, phone, company, job title).
  • Account credentials (username, password hash).
  • Billing and payment information.
  • Content of communications (support tickets, call notes, feedback).

3.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage data (page views, referring/exit pages, timestamps, clickstream).
  • Service‑level telemetry (API calls, data‑warehouse queries, campaign metrics).

  1. Provide & maintain Services – authenticate users, ingest data, generate dashboards, and deliver campaign optimisation.
  2. Operate our business – process orders, issue invoices, manage accounts, and communicate with Clients.
  3. Improve & secure Services – monitor performance, fix bugs, detect fraud, and develop new features.
  4. Marketing & sales – send product updates, newsletters, and event invitations (you may opt out at any time).
  5. Compliance & legal – enforce agreements, comply with applicable laws, and resolve disputes.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal grounds:

  • Contractual necessity – to provide the Services you request.
  • Legitimate interests – to market similar products to existing clients, improve security, prevent fraud, and ensure continuity of service (balanced against your rights).
  • Consent – for non‑essential cookies or marketing where required.
  • Legal obligation – to meet regulatory or tax requirements.

  • Legal & compliance – if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers – in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you will be notified of any change in ownership or use).

8. International Data Transfers

Gyrodile is headquartered in India. We and our sub‑processors may transfer and store information outside your jurisdiction, including to the United States, European Union, and other regions where we operate. We use approved transfer mechanisms such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK IDTA to safeguard EU/UK data.

9. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical measures including encryption in transit and at rest, least‑privilege access controls, regular penetration testing, and incident‑response procedures. However, no system is 100 % secure; you are responsible for safeguarding passwords and access tokens.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary:

  • Client platform data – for the duration of the agreement plus up to 90 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Marketing records – until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Logs & backups – up to 12 months for security and continuity. We may anonymise and retain aggregated statistics indefinitely.

11. Your Rights

11.1 EEA/UK Residents

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing privacy@gyrodile.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11.2 California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) you have rights to know, delete, correct, opt‑out of “sharing” for cross‑context advertising, and non‑discrimination. Submit requests via privacy@gyrodile.com or toll‑free at [insert phone].

11.3 Other Jurisdictions

Where local laws provide similar rights, we will honour them. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. We will post the revised version with a new “Effective Date” and notify Clients of material changes via email or in‑app notice.
